The Health Trainer service is divided between three agencies; South Tyneside CVS employs 9 Health Trainers and the Senior Health Trainer, Age Concern employs a Health Trainer to work with those aged 50 and over and CREST employs another to work predominantly with men from the BME community.

Dianne Robinson – a Health Trainer for almost two years – was recently appointed as Senior health trainer to be the link between the service and other agencies and to co-ordinate and develop the work of the Team.
