South Tyneside CVS has been working with the Voluntary sector for over 25 years helping volunteers to get the most out of the opportunities available and assisting organisations in every aspect of promoting and expanding their services. Our activities include everything from recruiting staff and committee members to helping prepare end of year accounts.

Volunteers

We can:

• Assist you in the process of becoming a volunteer and assess your needs to help you get the most out of a volunteering opportunity.
• Find the best opportunities for you - whether your are looking to gain work experience or achieve personal goals.
• Support you through long or short term placements and help you with decisions as your needs change.
• Keep you up to date with events in the region and help you get involved.

• Provide information and assist you with writing a constitution and finding funding.
